About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of video editing tools, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in video editing and eager to grow with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into engaging and polished video content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Assist in creating short-form content such as reels, stories, and promotional clips.

Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics when required

Perform colour correction and audio clean-up as needed.

Maintain organized project files, footage libraries, and backups

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media formats.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Film Studies, or a related field (preferred).

0–1 years of professional editing experience (internships / projects will be considered).

Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve .

Knowledge of social media video formats and platform requirements.

Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.

Passion for creativity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
