About the Role :

We are seeking Senior Salesforce Software Engineers to join our team. The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce development and cross-functional collaboration, who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Support engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations
• Develop a full software stack independently; understand system protocols, dependencies, and data flows
• Present improvement proposals to management and influence architectural decisions
• Participate in technical discussions and present concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Learn continuously, create technical content, and coach others
• Mentor other engineers and help drive technical decisions across functional teams
• Design and implement improvements using new frameworks and technologies
• Conduct investigative problem-solving for complex and non-routine technical issues
