Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end UX strategy, design architecture, and usability frameworks for digital products. Drive meaningful, accessible, and engaging experiences through strategic design thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Leadership

Define and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals.
Set UX success metrics, KPIs, and accessibility standards.
Lead design critiques, A / B tests, and ensure consistency through DesignOps.
Integrate UX strategy into Agile workflows for continuous improvement.

Research & Design

Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

Develop personas, journey maps, IA, and interaction models.

Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes aligned with user and business needs.

Ensure scalability, localization, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance in design.

Documentation & Collaboration

Maintain UX artifacts — personas, IA, design guidelines, and architecture docs.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure UX intent is c implemented accurately.

Facilitate workshops and communicate UX strategy effectively across teams.

Mentorship & Growth

Mentor designers to build strategic and creative problem-solving skills.

Stay updated on emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience in UX research, strategy, design systems, and accessibility.

Proficiency in wireframing / prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and multitasking abilities.

Proven leadership in managing and mentoring design teams.
