About The Role

We are seeking a Workday Studio Integration Consultant with extensive experience in Workday integration tools, security protocols, and payroll / benefits integrations . The consultant will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external vendor solutions while ensuring secure and efficient data flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using tools like PECI / PiCOF Connectors, Workday Studio, XSLT, and Web Services.
• Ensure integration security using protocols like OAuth 2.0, OpenPGP, x509.
• Integrate Workday with Payroll and Benefits Management vendor solutions (e.g., SDWorx, ADP).
• Utilize programming languages such as JSON, XML, Java, Python, JavaScript for integration development.
• Use tools like Oxygen, Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalents for integration testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with teams working on other Workday modules (e.g., Extend, Reporting / BIRT, Payroll US / UK / CAN) for seamless integration.
• Apply best practices in payroll integration technologies (e.g., GPCP) where applicable.
• Contribute to product / software development processes using tools like A-ha, Jira.
