Job Title : Sr Manager- Vacuum Forming / Thermoforming

Industry : Automobile (Plastic Manufacturing)

Location : Indore (Pithampur)

Experience : Managerial Role with 15 + years (Required)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical and Operational Expertise :

Provide technical and operational knowledge in plastic processing with excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Expertise in various plastic processes such as Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, and Vacuum Forming.

Project and Performance Management :

Manage projects effectively, overseeing material procurement, time and cost tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication.

Conduct iterative sessions at each stage of product development to ensure project success.

Qualifications :

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (B.E) / Master’s Degree (M.E) in Plastic Engineering or a related field.

MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.

Extensive hands-on experience with : -

Injection Moulding Machines

Extrusion Machines

Vacuum Forming Machines
