Support & Integrations Engineer

Compensation : 16–20 LPA (depending on experience)
We’re hiring a Support & Integrations Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how e-commerce merchants manage their inventory and data. You will be one of the earliest technical hires driving onboarding success, API and data integrations, internal tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.
If you enjoy debugging, building, and owning customer-facing technical workflows end-to-end, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Lead technical onboarding for new merchants, resolving integration and data issues
- Debug API integrations, webhooks, authentication flows, and data pipelines (Shopify and others)
- Build & maintain internal tools (Python / Next.Js) that supercharge the customer success team
- Work closely with Engineering & Product to diagnose and resolve complex issues
- Perform root-cause analyses, implement preventive measures, and improve onboarding flows
- Communicate clearly with global stakeholders and guide merchants through technical challenges
- Own integration health, data accuracy, and overall onboarding experience end-to-end
Qualifications
Must-haves :
4–8 years in technical support engineering, solutions engineering, backend engineering, or integrationsStrong Python for scripting, debugging, and small tool development (FastAPI is a plus)Strong SQL skills;experience debugging data inconsistencies across systems
Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, auth flows, JSON payloads, and webhook issuesExcellent communication skills — comfortable working with international stakeholdersA proactive, problem-solving mindset with ownership and customer empathyComfort in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity and shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce APIsExperience working in a SaaS tech company or digital product teamFamiliarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or analytical databasesExperience building small internal tools to automate workflowsExposure to ticketing systems and debugging tools like Zendesk, Sentry, DatadogTech Stack
