Training Manager - Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for Training Managers who are excited to be part of our fast-paced,
high-intensity work environment and work with Delivery Leaders aligned with our
Mission.
Our Mission 2025 is to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting 1
million+ children annually to get closer to our vision to democratize quality early
education.
As an integral part of our growing Delivery Team, you will contribute to our mission
to expand from our current set of 700 partner schools to 7000+ schools in 3 years by
2025.
Key Responsibilities
School Management & Implementation
- Conduct regular daily visits to assigned schools to observe and assess curriculum
implementation
Ensure timely implementation of Kreedo curriculum across all assigned schoolsOwn the complete onboarding, curriculum training, and support of schoolsManage assigned school customers by ensuring quality service delivery at all timesTeacher Training & Development
Train teachers on academic implementation of Kreedo curriculumObserve classroom sessions and identify implementation challengesProvide solutions and support to help teachers implement curriculum effectivelyConduct proper classroom observations and share constructive feedback with teachersReporting & Communication
Write detailed observation reports based on school visitsSend regular follow-up reports to customers summarizing observations andrecommendations
Document training needs and implementation progressEscalate unresolved customer issues or implementation challenges to senior team memberswhen unable to find solutions independently
Communicate clearly with seniors about escalation status and seek appropriate support forclosure
Program Management
Ensure completion of parent orientation programs at schoolsOversee parent engagement programs and activitiesCustomer Escalation Management
Manage customer implementation challenges and address teacher-related issuesProactively identify potential problems and work towards resolutionTake ownership of customer concerns and work to find appropriate solutionsCustomer Retention
Work towards ensuring customer satisfaction and retentionAddress implementation concerns proactively to maintain long-term partnershipsRequired Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluency in English (both spoken and written) and local languageStrong observation and feedback delivery capabilitiesProblem-solving skills for implementation challengesTechnical Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google DocsAbility to create detailed reports and documentationPersonal Attributes
Willingness to travel extensivelyEnjoy interacting with people and building relationshipsDesire to build a career in training and educationExposure to young children in personal & professional capacity (added advantage)Experience Requirements
2-5 years of experience in training or delivery (post-sales support)Preferably from service industry backgroundExperience in customer management and relationship buildingEducational Background
Any Graduation / Post-Graduation requiredBachelor / Master degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Human Development(added advantage)
