🤔 What can I expect from this role?

We're looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer who can architect the electronic backbone of our cooking robotics systems. Your circuit designs will power everything from cloud connectivity for recipe sharing to the precise motor control systems that make cooking automation possible.

🔧 What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

• Hardware Design : Develop analog and digital circuits for cooking robotics applications using multi-layer board stack-ups with high-speed serial techniques.
• Debugging & Testing : Get hands-on with debugging and testing proposed solutions to ensure they meet our high standards for performance and reliability.
• EMI / EMC Compliance : Ensure our embedded hardware is shielded and compliant with EMI / EMC regulations, addressing magnetic fields induced around and inside the enclosure.
• Power & Communication : Design power and communication topologies that meet the needs of our robotic systems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components into robotics systems.
• Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• PCB Design & Evaluation : Create and evaluate PCB designs for optimal performance and manufacturability.
