Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the database.
Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets and goals.
Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships for future sales opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
