We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Performance Marketing Professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on driving measurable business growth through performance-oriented campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize paid media strategies that deliver maximum ROI. Your analytical mindset, combined with creative problem-solving skills, will drive the success of digital marketing initiatives and elevate the brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Campaign Management :

• Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of digital performance marketing campaigns (paid search, social media, display ads, retargeting, affiliate marketing, etc.) across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Oversee and ensure continuous optimization of digital media campaigns to maximize cost-effectiveness and deliver targeted KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend).
• Drive new customer acquisition strategies and re-engagement of lapsed customers, ensuring campaign performance exceeds expectations.
