Role Description
- Actively prospect for new project sales and achieve assigned monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Search for new clients through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits.
- Attend client meetings to understand their interior / furniture requirements and explain suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the Design Department to communicate client needs, design concepts, and required changes.
- Coordinate for estimates, proposals, 3D drawings, store / site measurements, and approvals.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, project schedules, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between client, design, production, dispatch, and sales teams throughout the project.
- Handle complete client handholding from initial enquiry to final project completion.
- Monitor project activities by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their expectations and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Ensure client quality requirements are met before dispatch of the final product.
- Address customer queries / complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and closures on the sales panel / CRM in real time.
- Track market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities and share insights with the management.
- Support the execution of sales strategies that expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports, revenue updates, and realistic forecasts for management review.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience , preferably in interior, furniture, retail fixtures, or project-based sales .Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and negotiate agreements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships and effectively presenting solutions.Proven experience in account management, customer service, and closing deals.Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets in competitive environments.Experience in the retail design, furniture, or optical showroom industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.To apply, send your resume to 8369771527 .
