Role Description

The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, addressing inquiries, and scheduling follow-ups. The Caller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and contributing to customer relationship management efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate call records
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and with a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in using communication tools and willingness to learn new technologies
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in Hindi and English is beneficial
