Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams for GW PolicyCenter initiatives
- Manage end-to-end policy processes — issuance, renewal, cancellation, and endorsements
- Perform RCA, coordinate with QA, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support UAT and create detailed process documentation
