💼 Role-Program Leader – HR (Workday Implementation)

🎯Key Responsibilities
- Workday Management & HR Support – Configure and maintain Workday modules, lead EIB mass loads, reporting, and security administration; collaborate with HR / global teams, review policies, support contracts, governance, compliance, and vendor management.
- Risk, Analysis & Process Optimization – Maintain trackers, perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, ensure compliance, manage external counsel / vendors, and provide strategic support across employment law, corporate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and global operations.

7+ years overall experience, 5+ years in Workday (2+ years implementation) .Strong knowledge of HR processes, SaaS design, Workday security, and reporting.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Success Criteria : Expertise in Workday HCM, EIB, reporting, and employment law compliance; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
