Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager– Accounts Payable
We are looking for professionals having relevant years of experience with Accounts Payable in managing Invoice Processing, helpdesk & payments in ERP systems like SAP, JDE.
Responsibilities
- Should have team handling experience with a size of 35+ team members
- Experience in AP on invoice processing, Helpdesk, Payments & other activities like GRIR, Vendor recon
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Overall operating and regional delivery lead to liaise with key business functions like Finance controllers, GBS leaders and other key stakeholders
- Manage internal & external report outs of KPIs and SLAs
- Manage end to end Customer & stakeholder relationship for creating user experience
- Problem solving and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of Industry standards and best practices of P2P
- Thought leadership to drive process transformation, identify improvement opportunities, ensure minimum attrition, stable operations,
- Monthly 1-0-1 of Team leads to earmark their career path and growth
- Liaise with GBS stakeholders, Procurement, Supply chain for benchmarking of AP and drive efficiency, standardization and create function level COE
- Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
- Ensure service deliverables within TAT and SLAs
- Engage with GBS & business stakeholders on Escalation management
- Drive tight knits periodic governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
