• Roles and Responsibilities of Trainer :
• Trainer is responsible for effectively delivering the curriculum for various construction trades, such as masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and welding.
• A crucial part of the role is to provide practical, hands-on training, guiding students through the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Trainer must demonstrate techniques, procedures, and safety protocols clearly and accurately.
• They are responsible for assessing and nurturing the development of students' technical skills, ensuring they meet the required industry standards.
• Trainer act as mentors, providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback to students.
• They must regularly assess student progress through tests, practical exercises, and projects.
• Attendance and Discipline : Instructors are responsible for maintaining class discipline and tracking student attendance.
• They need to identify students who are struggling and provide them with additional support and guidance.
• A primary responsibility is to instill a strong safety culture. Instructors must teach and enforce all safety rules and regulations related to the use of tools, equipment, and the workshop environment.
• They must conduct regular risk assessments of the training area and activities to prevent

accidents.
