Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and consulting roles across business units
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top-tier IT talent
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet defined KPIs
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment
- Optimize recruitment metrics : time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding Generate and present recruitment reports for internal stakeholders and for clients.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field5 to 8 years of experience in IT / technical recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional servicesProven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring targetsStrong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media, and referralsExcellent client management and communication skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analyticsPreferred candidate profile
Experience in hiring for Product base companiesUnderstanding of the Indian IT talent marketHands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portalsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSkills Required
