1 . Primary and secondary sales target achievement
- Ensure Primary target achievement through Distributors and managing secondary network.
- Achieve Secondary channel visit as per planned JCP and ensure participation by all retailes in the given area under the distributor
2 . Lead Generation
Build and maintain relationships with Retailers such as Electricians, Garages and other battery counters .3 . Channel Partner Management
Identify and onboard new channel partners in regions without coverage (white spaces), ensuring they comply with Exide's installation norms and standards.Maintain a high level of engagement with existing channel partners to ensure continuous business growth and adherence to company policies.Skills Required :
