Compensation : ₹20,000 / month fixed pay + performance incentives (per qualified show & team bonuses). All payments are made monthly via payroll.

About the role
We’re hiring Appointment Setters to schedule qualified sales appointments for our internal Closer team on premium B2C / B2B offers. You’ll work warm leads provided by the company, follow a clear qualification checklist, and keep our CRM up to date. This is a single-level sales role focused on booking meetings—no recruiting, no fees, no selling of memberships.
What you’ll do
- Make targeted outbound calls to warm leads; handle inbound callbacks and WhatsApp / email follow-ups
- Qualify prospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) and book them on the Closer’s calendar
- Use company scripts professionally; personalize where appropriate
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and submit brief end-of-day updates
- Coordinate with the Setter Lead to improve show rates and lead quality
