Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications as per specifications.
  • Work with Java / J2EE technologies including Spring, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Core Java, JQuery, and RDBMS (Oracle preferred).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Support deployment activities and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Interact with customers / clients as needed to understand requirements and provide updates.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve skills.

Primary (Essential) Technical Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE, Spring, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, JQuery, Core Java.
  • Good knowledge of at least one RDBMS (Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to develop robust and scalable applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication & customer interaction skills.
  • High initiative with ownership of deliverables.
