Mode of Work : Onsite (Zamin Pallavaram)

Working Hours : 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM

Work Schedule :

• Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday
• Weekly Off : Monday

Role Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of 5+ STEM Instructors. This role involves overseeing training delivery, planning schedules, developing the trainer team, and maintaining a student-first learning environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for STEM education, and a proven track record in team management.

Responsibilities :

Teaching & Learning :

 Personally conduct STEM classes for students in Grades 1 to 8 using activity-based and experiential methods.

 Use science kits, experiments, coding tools, and real-life examples to make concepts engaging and relevant.

 Support students with varying learning needs and ensure active participation.

Team Leadership & Development :

 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ STEM Trainers to ensure effective teaching practices.

 Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, share updates, and support professional growth.

 Evaluate trainer performance, provide feedback, and implement development plans.

 Organize internal training sessions to enhance subject knowledge and teaching methodology.

 Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Training Operations & Planning :

 Plan and manage class schedules based on trainer availability and student demand.

 Ensure optimal utilization of trainers and educational resources.

 Monitor the quality of training delivery and maintain high educational standards.

 Address and resolve student concerns and ensure a student-first learning environment.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement :

 Implement tools and processes to evaluate training effectiveness and student outcomes.

 Analyse data and feedback to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives in teaching practices and team operations.

 Recognize and reward outstanding trainer contributions and achievements.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

 2–3 years of experience in teaching

 Experience managing or mentoring a small team of trainers.

 Strong classroom management, communication, and leadership skills.
