Job Title : Deputy Manager Channel Sales (AAC Blocks)

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience Required : 6 to 8 years (AAC Blocks / Building Materials Industry)

Qualification : MBA (Marketing / Sales) or any Graduate

Preferred Candidates : Local Hyderabad candidates only

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager Channel Sales for our AAC Blocks division. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of proven experience in channel sales within the AAC blocks or building materials industry, with strong market knowledge and an existing network in the Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners (dealers, distributors, stockists) in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective channel strategies and dealer engagement.
  • Identify, appoint, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Monitor channel performance and ensure timely order placements and collections.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and analyze market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Resolve channel partner issues, provide product training, and ensure consistent communication.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to retain and grow market share.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Key Requirements :

  • 5 to 8 years of experience specifically in AAC Blocks or similar building materials industry.
  • Proven track record in channel sales and dealer management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad / Telangana market and local customer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
