Job Title : Human Resources Assistant

Location : New Delhi

Purpose :

A Human Resources Assistant role in the Think Tank industry at Chintan Research Foundation involves managing all HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives.

Experience :

  • 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in the Think Tank industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and managing performance issues.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
  • Handle employee benefits administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Education Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Certification Required :

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Behavioural Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
