Performance :
Deliver publication and medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, etc.) within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Provide strategic support to individuals and institutions that serve as resources for publication purposes.
Process :
Develop complex publication and medical education materials.
Support medical communication and build subject matter expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
Assist the scientific communication team in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis.
Implement elements of the publication plan and associated activities for the year in the designated region.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure deliverables meet defined processes and quality expectations.
Design improvement plans based on end-user feedback to enhance course content and delivery.
Stakeholder :
Collaborate with regional / area scientific communication teams to identify publication needs and assist in developing deliverables.
Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and medical departments to prepare relevant and customized materials.
About You :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry or academia.
Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, similar discipline, or a medical degree.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Technical expertise in therapeutic area / domain knowledge, publication submission processes, and / or project management.
