About the role

Responsible for driving strategic talent planning and succession management by identifying key talent, designing leadership development programs, enabling internal mobility, and ensuring smooth level transitions. Collaborates with HR and business leaders, leverages data-driven dashboards, and integrates market insights to build a future-ready, high-performing leadership pipeline.

Reporting to : Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Planning and Succession Management
  • Drive the succession planning and talent review process to identify Key Talent in the organization and ensure a robust Talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Design and deliver leadership development journeys for Key Talent, integrating psychometric assessments, customized development plans, and targeted learning programs (e.G., MDPs with premier institutes, Leadership Academies for Top talent, flagship cohort programs like First time managers), blended learning journeys.
  • Managing effective level transitions by driving central processes
  • Partner with HRBPs and collaborate with Business Leaders to map and update the succession pipeline for functions.
  • Build and manage dashboards, providing data-driven insights on the health of the talent pipeline
  • Develop Key Talent, ensuring alignment with destination roles and career aspirations by using processes & tools like 360 Feedback & others to drive specific development actions
  • Foster a culture of internal mobility by driving awareness, adoption, and transparency of Internal Job Postings (IJPs) as a process
  • Design and execute platforms for career enhancement. Drive process adherence & technology adoption for competency assessments, career path exploration, and IDP.
  • Develop and maintain talent dashboards and reports, offering actionable insights to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Market insights, analytics and competitor mapping along with understanding the market trends.

Who are we looking for?

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Master’s degree in from tier 2 / tier 3 - Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Experience :

  • 8+ years of experience in the FMCG / Manufacturing / Pharma / industry, with 4+ years specifically in talent management, HR, or organizational development.
  • Skills :

  • Collaborates & partners with stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent communication, ownership, and execution focus
  • Creative, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Diagnoses problems & offers solutions towards business outcomes
