We are now looking for a Client Engagement and Success Specialist to strengthen client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding, and support the leadership team in delivering a professional and warm experience to our clients and prospects.
This role is at the intersection of client success, engagement, and business administration . You will be the first point of contact for client visits and onboarding, helping us deliver a premium, people-first experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement & Success
- Act as a client-facing touchpoint for prospects and new clients – guiding them through onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and host client visits : meet & greet, arrange logistics, schedule meetings with internal teams, and ensure professional execution.
- Support leadership in client presentations, reviews, and industry events where culture, governance, or brand representation is key.
- Maintain ongoing client engagement by ensuring timely follow-ups, sharing updates, and representing WealthSpectrum’s values.
Administration & Coordination
Plan and organize internal and external events , including client workshops, office visits, and leadership interactions.Oversee logistics and office administration related to client-facing activities.Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, client support) to align schedules, presentations, and deliverables.Prepare client-related documentation, decks, and visit summaries for leadership.Essential Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a client-first mindset .Ability to manage logistics, schedules, and client-facing events with professionalism.Prior experience in client success, account coordination, or executive assistance roles is a plus.Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.Proactive, people-oriented personality with confidence in representing the company to senior executives.Comfortable with tools such as MS Office / Google Workspace for scheduling, presentations, and documentation.
