Role : Manager Talent Acquisition
Location : Sion, Mumbai (On-site) - 6 days working with alternate saturday OFF
Experience : 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an individual contributor in TA and eventually scale TA team
- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple business verticals (sales, marketing, and operations).
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives for sales and field roles across regions.
- Plan and execute campus hiring programs across tier-1 and tier-2 colleges.
- Partner with business heads to forecast manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Manage external vendor relationships and drive hiring SLAs.
- Build strong sourcing pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social recruiting.
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics - from sourcing to onboarding - ensuring quality and speed.
- Mentor and lead a small team of recruiters to achieve monthly / quarterly hiring targets.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Financial Services, BFSI, or EdTech / FinTech sectors.Proven track record in bulk hiring for sales roles and campus program execution.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Hands on with Excel tracking, and portal sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.What We Offer
