Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Luxury Travel)

Job descriptionEdit raw footage (properties, destinations, interviews, testimonials, UGC) into polished, high-res brand films . Build clear, emotive narratives with strong pacing for a luxury audience. Create motion graphics / kinetic typography for intros, lower-thirds, transitions and explainer content. Handle color grading & basic audio mixing to achieve a cinematic, cohesive look and sound. Partner with Marketing & Sales to conceptualize visual campaigns that drive brand love and enquiries. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with zero compromise on quality . Guide junior designers / external vendors on design standards, trends, and best practices. Clean, premium design sensibility (branding, layouts, typography). High-quality video edits with storytelling depth. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for design. Premiere Pro & After Effects (or Final Cut / DaVinci) for video. Competitive compensation aligned with your experience and portfolio strength. About Lushescapes
Lushescapes is a luxury travel curator crafting deeply bespoke journeys for discerning global travelers – from secluded islands and private charters to immersive family getaways. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor (5–7 years) who lives and breathes design, storytelling, and a sharp luxury aesthetic.
Role in a Snapshot
You will own the visual narrative of Lush Escapes – leading design and video across digital, social, and print. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can move from Aman-style minimalism in static design to cinematic, emotionally rich travel films without missing a beat.
What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Branding (≈ 60%)
- Design high-impact assets : e-brochures, destination guides, pitch decks, ads, web banners, emailers, social media creatives (IG, FB, ).
- Act as brand guardian – ensure all visuals reflect ultra-luxury cues in layout, typography, colour, and overall mood.
- Turn complex travel / product info into clean, compelling infographics and data visuals.
- Prepare production-ready files for premium print : invitations, event collaterals, partner decks, etc.
Video Editing & Motion (≈ 40%)
Creative Strategy & Leadership
What You Bring
5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design + video editing (luxury / hospitality / travel experience is a big plus).
A strong portfolio showcasing :
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite :
Comfort with platform-specific formats (web, reels, stories, print, ads, etc.).
An innate feel for luxury aesthetics, minimalism, and detail .
A self-starter , deadline-driven, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Above all, a visual storyteller who can turn abstract ideas like “transformative journeys” into compelling visual narratives.
