About the Role

We’re hiring an Investment Banking Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. This role is hands-on : you’ll be expected to build financial models from scratch - DCF, LBO, merger models, comps, and precedent transaction analyses—not just update existing templates. You’ll work directly with senior bankers during US hours on live M&A and capital raising deals.

What You’ll Do

Build detailed valuation and transaction models to support mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
Draft and refine pitch books, investor decks, management presentations, and board materials.
Run company and industry analysis, including comps, precedent transactions, and market research.
Support execution on both buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as equity and debt financings.
Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and ensure accurate analysis under tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CFA / CPA a plus).

2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or Big 4 transaction advisory.

Proven ability to independently build financial models (DCF, LBO, merger, comps).

Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial statement analysis.

Experience preparing client-ready materials such as pitch books, valuations, and transaction analyses.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
