Senior Associate (Urgent Search)

Role : Senior Associate – Corporate US Federal & SALT

Qualification for Corporate tax Senior Associate :

• Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA).
• 3–5 years of experience in U.S. Corporate tax preparation (Form 1120 & States) and review compliance.
• Preferred Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification, or working toward certification.
• Familiarity with U.S. international tax returns, Research & Development tax credit is preferred.
• Understanding of ASC740 Provision work will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tax calculations and work papers.
• Solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements along with strong research techniques.
• Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Experience in Tax software like Go System, One Source Drake, CCH Axcess and QuickBooks.
