THE CREATIVITY CHANNEL supports renowned Bollywood playback singer Chandana Dixit's digital initiatives, including her popular YouTube podcast "Creativity Dialogues" and related social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Consultant with a proven record of growing YouTube channels and social media pages, who will deliver clear, measurable growth in subscribers, reach, and engagement. The consultant will take charge of YouTube channel management, social media strategy, digital branding, and overall performance analytics. Remote work is welcomed, but the consultant should be ready to meet frequently over call.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Channel Consulting :

Audit and optimize channel (branding, SEO, thumbnails, titles, tags, playlists).

Develop and execute a tailored channel growth strategy (content planning, audience segmentation, competitor analysis).

Advise on video production and post-production for higher engagement and retention.

Analyze YouTube analytics, propose regular improvements, and provide detailed growth reports (KPIs : views, subscribers, watch time).

Implement YouTube SEO best practices for greater search visibility.

Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) :

Develop and implement cross-platform digital strategies to amplify podcast episodes and content.

Curate, post, and schedule engaging content (stories, reels, posts) tailored for platform audiences.

Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating audience engagement.

Monitor page insights and report performance, recommending data-driven growth tactics.

Strategic Brand Building :

Advise on digital branding, content calendar, and partnership opportunities to grow Chandana Dixit’s creative network.

Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns (YouTube Ads / Meta / Facebook boosts) as needed.

Guarantee actionable results with monthly progress reviews against agreed benchmarks.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations :

Proactively identify, initiate, and manage collaboration opportunities and brand partnerships relevant to the podcast and Chandana Dixit’s creative network.

Ensure successful execution and delivery of these partnerships, including integration into content, audience engagement, and measurable business results.

Build long-term relationships with relevant brands, partners, and influencers to support strategic growth

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience consulting / growing YouTube channels and social media for creators, podcasts, or brands.

In-depth knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, algorithms, and content optimization tools.

Hands-on experience with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), strategy, and content creation.

Strong analytical ability (reporting growth, interpreting metrics, adjusting strategy).

Demonstrated case studies or portfolio proving client / channel / brand growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or relevant field; YouTube / Google certifications are a plus.

Excellent communication and remote project management skills.

Ability to work independently and guarantee results under flexible conditions.

Compensation : Project / Consulting-based (to be mutually decided)

Location flexible; preference for Pune-based (occasional meetings)
