Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM professional with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integrations, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving ability, and good functional understanding of sales, service, and marketing modules.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Knowledge of Business Processes to identify pain points and recommend improvements
Experience in Consulting, bridging client objectives with effective Dynamics implementations
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Familiarity with database systems and integration methods is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
