Job description

Role Description

Lead and mentor a small backend team, ensuring code quality and timely delivery
Design and build scalable APIs using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
Work with MySQL, MongoDB, and Neo4j for efficient data modeling
Manage AWS deployments (ECS / Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)
Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams for end-to-end delivery

Tech Stack :

Java 17+, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, AWS, Redis, Docker, Jenkins

What We’re Looking For :

4–8 years of backend experience

Strong coder with leadership mindset

Solid understanding of APIs, architecture, and scalability

Experience in cloud-based, distributed systems
