Job Purpose

Responsible for network uptime for radio in Nokia / Ericsson RAN & TN, RTN, FPR, NEC MWs of different OEMs-Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, NEC. Focus to improve the network KPIs for all technology. Support to improve the network KPIs for all technology. Liasoning with Vendors and cost reduction

Key Result

Areas / Accountabilities

• . Network uptime for all technology in the cluster.
• . Plan & Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance to improve Network quality of the cluster for maintaining the operational KPI's for 2G & 4G network.
• . MW uptime and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS.
• . Liasoning with IP vendors and local authorities to improve the network performance and better customer experience.
• . Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of Network assets
• . Co-ordination with MTX team
• . MW traffic shifting
