Job description6 to 8 years of backend development experience , with a strong focus on scalable systems. Proficiency in Node.js , with experience in either JavaScript or TypeScript . Good in A WS serverless architecture , Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases ,. Background in fintech , payment systems , or other high-security, high-availability industries. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system performance, reliability, and maintainability. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams. Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Senior Backend Engineer / Senior Software Engineer
Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in building scalable and secure backend services in the Insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js , JavaScript , or TypeScript and in AWS. Work with NoSQL databases , particularly DynamoDB , to build high-throughput, low-latency systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize system performance and scalability across high load platforms.
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and fault-tolerance in all backend implementations.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
