A Day in the Life :

This position combines experience of the product development/testing with hands-on Agile facilitation.

Individual will lead Medium to high complexity breakthrough Software projects through existing products improvements or new features implementation.

Also, will play a vital role in project commitments, stakeholder engagements & enabling value add through process improvements and adopting best practices.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

- Act as the leader of the project team, driving end-to-end execution and accountability.

- Develop and execute comprehensive project and engagement plans, including detailed schedules and resource allocations.

- Lead the agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, risk identification, and cross-team communication.

- Guide Scrum teams on Agile practices while aligning with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and regulatory or quality requirements.

- Understand and incorporate engineering practices (e.g., coding standards, testing practices, continuous integration, and deployment) into Agile processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Use empirical data to assess Scrum maturity and team velocity, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance toward organizational KPIs.

- Remove systemic impediments to agility and provide guidance on escalation processes to avoid blockers.

- Foster a transparent, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture that promotes ownership and accountability.

- Ensure compliance with design control and quality system requirements.

- Define project resource needs and coordinate assignments in collaboration with functional managers.

- Plan, track, and communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans to ensure the timely delivery of business objectives.

- Challenge functional teams to meet or exceed project goals and delivery commitments.

- Provide routine updates and clear status reports to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders across MEIC and Global Business Units.

- Technical understanding of the product and contribute to the planned sprint activities as needed.

Required Knowledge And Experience :

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related Engineering field.

- Certified ScrumMaster.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a Scrum Master role.

- Hands-on experience in Agile methodology is essential.

- Good to have project experience in an enterprise software development project / mobile application.

- Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations (820.30 design controls), European Regulatory Requirements (ISO 13485), and specifically IEC-62304.

- Knowledge about burn down and burnup metrics, velocity, and user stories etc.

- Good hands-on experience using Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Experience with industry-standard Project Management methodologies, frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC), and processes.

- Excellent interpersonal and influence management skills, including evidence of managing multi-disciplinary teams.

- Ability to effectively handle conflict through proactive action, and direct and timely communication.

- Experience in managing teams with a diverse cultural background.

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives simultaneously.

- Prepare audience specific reports and communications.
