Core Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Account Growth & Retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work to renew and retain existing accounts by ensuring value delivery.
  • Support clients in achieving business goals through offered products / services.
  • Sales & Revenue Management
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives from domestic accounts.
  • Prepare account plans and sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients.
  • Business Development (Domestic Market Focus)
  • Identify new domestic market opportunities.
  • Map industry trends and competitors within the local geography.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
  • Coordination & Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams (operations, delivery, finance, technical support) to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new domestic accounts.
  • Address service delivery issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track account performance metrics, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide periodic reports to management.
  • Use client feedback to suggest improvements in services / products.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all contracts, invoices, and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account activities.
