This internship is designed for MBA students from premium B schools looking to gain hands-on experience in market reserach, B2B sales, client acquisition, and go-to-market execution in APAC dynamic market environment.
Role Overview :
As a Growth Intern (GTM) , you’ll work closely with our business development and partnerships teams to identify leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients. You’ll gain end-to-end exposure to the sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across targeted industries or geographies.
- Assist in sales outreach via email, , and CRM tools.
- Support client calls, demos, and proposals in coordination with the senior sales team.
- Develop and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly reports on progress, learnings, and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA student or recent graduate (Marketing / Strategy / Sales / International Business specialization preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.Experience or coursework in business development, consultative selling, or customer success is a plus.Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Sales Navigator, or Google Workspace .What You’ll Gain :
