Quality Analyst (Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (Sales) to join our team at Intellipaat . The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and improving sales call quality while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and sales effectiveness.

Language Preference : English + Tamil + Telugu

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and audit inbound & outbound calls and emails to assess quality, compliance, and performance.

Provide detailed feedback to sales representatives on call handling, sales techniques, and customer interactions.

Develop and implement quality assurance standards and best practices for sales calls.

Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and support performance improvement.

Maintain detailed records of call evaluations and publish daily / weekly / monthly reports.

Check D2C ratios for all agents and perform root cause analysis to identify performance trends.

Participate in internal calibrations to improve call handling efficiency and customer service.

Recommend process improvements to enhance sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of Quality Analyst experience (EdTech preferred).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Hands-on experience with call monitoring tools & CRM software .

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Adaptability to change and prioritisation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

QA experience in the Education / EdTech sector .

Familiarity with auditing parameters, industry best practices, and quality standards.

Fluency in English, Tamil, and Telugu .

Certification in Quality Assurance (preferred).
