Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Executive, based in Indore. The R&D Executive will be responsible for conducting research, developing innovative formulations, and improving existing products and processes. The role involves designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives. Experience in herbal product development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research techniques
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid Laboratory Skills and ability to follow protocols and ensure precision
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions
• Bachelor's & Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field is a must
• Must have experience in R&D
• Must have knowledge of cosmetics formulation
