Role Description

We are seeking Sales Data Intelligence Analyst — early-career professionals (1–3 years of experience) with strong analytical curiosity, structured thinking, and a passion for translating data into actionable insights . This is a unique opportunity to work on high- impact, cross-functional projects where AI and data intersect with real-world business decisions. The ideal candidate will manage national sales and clients, with full P&L accountability, and be based in Gurugram.

What You Will Do :

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to process and interpret large campaign & audience datasets.
  • Design effective prompts to generate, refine, and validate media-performance insights .
  • Work closely with our data science and strategy teams to automate workflows and improve accuracy .
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for brands and agencies.
  • Experiment with LLMs + analytics to uncover smarter ways of measuring audiences and media impact.

Who You Are :

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, media insights, or applied AI (MBA would be useful and internships count!).
  • Comfortable working with any AI tools that helps you make sense of data.
  • Curious about how advertising, audiences, and algorithms intersect.
  • Strong communicator — you can turn data outputs into narratives that make business sense.
  • Detail-oriented, experimental, and eager to learn from both machines and people.
