Position : Manager - HR & Administration

Location : Navi Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment :

Posting advertisements based on the manpower requirements raised by department heads.

Sourcing of CVs from relevant sources and Overviewing CV screening Interview scheduling.

Liaising with department head Senior Manager & HR Head to finalize the candidate.

Offer letter issuance for selected candidates.

Ensure JD & KPI for all employees are in place and communicated to employees / Dubai HR for system update.

On boarding Welcome Kit HR induction Employment contract & Other HR related letter issuance.

Attendance & Leave Management :

Managing and ensuring attendance / biometrics system is used by employees for daily attendance.

Coordinating with DXB HR team to close monthly attendance and leave management.

Coordination with DXB HR team to review and close leave balance on year closing.

Employee Management :

Employee Grievance Handling.

Overseeing and ensuring that code of conduct is strictly followed.

Maintaining employee records & files.

Leading the arrangements of events and other office functions with approval from Senior Level.

Payroll :

WPS support as advised by Senior Manager.

ESI – Additions / Deletions.

Tax filing and documentations.

Office Administration & General :

Overseeing HR & Admin team for General office administration.

Ensuring timely renewals of lease license and other regulatory documents.

Ensuring all IT related infrastructure are up and running for smooth functioning of office.

Monitoring and ensuring cleanliness maintenance and smooth running of office tasks.

Managing / overseeing reception and admin team.

Mumbai HR will handle all the Indian offices total of 275 staffs

Working Days & Timing : 5 Days 9AM - 6PM

Reporting to : VP - Global HR & Administration
