Position :

Health Safety Environment Engineer -Offshore Oil& Gas

Experience : 8-20 years

Position Purpose :

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and maintain project-specific

HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments .

Conduct

safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations ; ensure timely corrective actions.

Monitor

permit-to-work systems , toolbox talks, and compliance with safe work practices.

Conduct

Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

and support hazard identification (HAZID) processes.

Deliver

HSE induction and training

to project personnel.

Participate in

emergency preparedness drills

and ensure readiness of safety equipment.

Maintain records of

incidents, near misses, and HSE performance indicators .

Ensure adherence to

environmental protection and waste management standards .

Technical Competencies :

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA ,

BOSIET / HUET

preferred.

Education :

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management.
