Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source loan business through dealership channel partners and direct field sales activities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and customers to generate consistent business.
- Pitch EMI schemes and cross-sell loan products to customers.
- Handle new customer onboarding, documentation, and verification processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, field investigation, agreement execution, and credit approval requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality and compliance.
