ServiceNow professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of an organization's IT infrastructure by troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine system maintenance and guaranteeing the efficient functioning of the ServiceNow environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational
• Provide expert support to end-users addressing their queries and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our IT operations are running smoothly, efficiently and securely.

We require excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service skills and experience working with ServiceNow, IT service management processes, Office 365 and Azure.
