[Immediate Start] Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to a celebrity. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the artists behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication abilities verbal and written. Presentable and good command of English
• Diary Management proficiency. Schedule meetings and manage all arrangements.
• Coordinating with clients & the Internal team, running errands, organizing things like designer clothes, makeup, stylist, and other things
• Coordinating tickets, hotels, check-ins, visas etc.
• Delivery planning and coordinating. Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Responding to emails and document requests on their behalf
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Open to travel (if required).
