ELearning Content Developer

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for a healthcare organisation who will design high-quality e-learning courses and contribute to end-to-end content development for training programs.

What You’ll Do :

• Designing and developing e-learning courses using authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Collaborating with SMEs to gather course content and ensure accuracy
• Creating multimedia elements, including animations, videos, and graphics, to enhance user experience
• Designing learning experiences tailored to learning objectives and adult learning principles
• Crafting storyboards that map out the flow and functionality of e-learning modules
• Testing courses for functionality across different formats and devices
• Updating and revising courses based on feedback and emerging training needs
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader training objectives
