Job descriptionDevelop and maintain dashboards for leadership, sales, and product teams. Create automated reports that track KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI. Present insights with clear visualizations and concise storytelling. Partner with product managers to assess product adoption, usage, and client feedback. Work with sales and marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline health. Collaborate with finance teams to validate TCO, ROI, and revenue projections. Document analytical models, assumptions, and methodologies. Contribute to internal knowledge bases with reusable analysis frameworks. Stay updated on BFSI trends, analytics best practices, and AI-driven BI tools. 2+ years of experience in data / business analysis or BI roles. Strong skills in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent). Experience in building dashboards and designing KPIs. Solid understanding of BFSI workflows, metrics, and decision drivers. Excellent communication skills to translate data into business-friendly insights. Thinks analytically, questions assumptions, and connects data to business outcomes. Has experience balancing ad-hoc analysis with building scalable dashboards. Can explain technical findings in clear business language. Brings curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for solving business problems with data.

We are seeking a Business Insights Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that inform product strategy, client solutions, and operational decisions. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, design dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across business and product teams.
Role Overview
As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. You will translate raw numbers into clear insights that help leadership, product, and client teams make informed decisions. Your ability to design visual reports and explain findings in a business-friendly way will directly contribute to growth and client success.
