[Immediate Start] Technology Delivery Manager

Position : Delivery Manager

Job Location : Chennai

Technical Skills : Java, .Net or any Technology

10 to 15 years of experience in leading team for delivery management.

• At least 3+ years of experience in project management having multiple teams.
• Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, good to have degree in business management.
• Good Knowledge of the P&C Insurance Domain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
• Professional certification (PMP or SAFe® Agilist or PgMP) preferred.
• ITIL / ITSM certification a plus.
• Experience working in global delivery model is a plus.
