Key Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing pipelines across multiple channels with a focus on quality throughput.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, and coordination to ensure a frictionless hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate data hygiene across recruiting trackers and internal systems.
• Support recruitment operations, market mapping, and reporting.
• Partner with the team to improve funnel efficiency and turnaround time.
